How It Works

Transparent Invoicing

Match your invoicing with monthly straight line budgeting. Our monthly invoices are fixed based on your annual custom menu of service selections. Avoid seasonal or periodic spikes in expenses.

Variable one-time services performed are billed in separate invoices with a complete breakdown of the variable services performed in that monthly period (i.e. turn-key turns, unit cleanings, one-time service requests) along with back up reports and photos for each one-off service performed.

Realtime Reporting

Property partners receive regular reporting with photos and detail from each onsite visit.

Reports detail the work we performed while also noting any issues we see at the property for your internal team to address. 

Owner Dashboard

We provide a dashboard for our owner partners to log in and see scheduled recurring workflows, historic services performed, make comments, and access regular reports. 

Custom Service Workflows
